AutomaticOn the App StoreAutomatic is a habit-building app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Some features (AI habit plans, lesson narration, Halo chat, the questions asked during a lesson, personalized insights and arc reviews, the referral program) require an internet connection and our servers; core habit tracking works offline on your device.
Automatic is free to use with ads. Optional auto-renewing subscriptions are offered through your Apple ID: Automatic Essentials ($9.99/month or $99.99/year, opening with a 2-week free trial) and Automatic Gold ($14.99/month, which opens with an introductory offer of $12.99/month for the first 3 months, or $149.99/year with 2 weeks free). Each plan sets how many AI actions per day are included (Halo replies, plans, insights and studio narration); the app shows what is left when you approach a day's limit. Prices shown in the app are the ones that apply, and may differ by region. Every new install also receives 7 days of the Gold experience at no charge; this is a free grant, not a subscription, and it never converts into a paid plan or charges you anything. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Where it is offered (currently the United States only, and only when enabled), Automatic also shows the option to subscribe on the web instead; those subscriptions are billed through Stripe, who process your payment details — we never see your card number — and are managed from the link in your receipt.
When someone starts Automatic with your referral code, you and they each receive one extra free week of the Gold experience. Weeks are granted per unique new account and the free grant is capped at 28 days in total; abuse (self-referral, automated accounts) may void rewards. Free weeks are a grant, not a subscription — they never convert into a paid plan.
On the free tier Automatic shows ads. You agree not to interfere with, automate interaction with, or attempt to obscure them. Ads are removed entirely by either paid plan. What advertisers receive is described in the Privacy Policy.
Automatic contains a small amount of licensed third-party material — currently one piece of background music used under the Pixabay Content License. It remains the property of its creator and is licensed to us, not to you: you may not extract or redistribute it. Everything else in the app — the writing, the artwork, the other sounds — is ours.
Your habits, check-offs, journal entries and photos are yours. They live on your device, and parts of them are sent to our servers when you use an AI feature so that Halo can answer with your context — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful, or spam.
Automatic offers general behavioral guidance and book summaries for education. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interfering with the servers, no unlawful content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordaforma's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be shown in the app. You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account and its server-side data from inside the app (You tab → Delete account), and deleting the app removes on-device data.
